The yard occupies a prominent position a short distance drive to Warrington Centre and with quick and easy access to Manchester and ideal transport links. It sits at a 5 minute drive from the A49 and A57, and a 10 minute drive from the M62 and M6.

All yards have a flat concrete surface, are securely fenced from the rest of the yard, are suitable for van access, and electric and water connections can be provided.

The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV for security peace of mind. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with pin code or app access control. A height restriction of 3.9 metres applies to the bridge that needs to be travelled under to reach the site.

What is the smallest yard size?

For our Warrington, the smallest yard size is 7,000 square feet, at £2,000 a month. We have 55,000sq ft available which can be divided up in different sizes.

What is the space allowed to be used for?

In general, all of our sites are suitable exclusively for open storage.

Examples are scaffolding companies, logistics & transportation, vehicle sales & recovery for storage of stock, plant or welfare companies, modular building companies, and trailer companies.

What is access to the site like?

Access to the yard is through (6m x 2.4m) electric gates with pin code or app. There is a bridge that needs to be travelled under to get there which has a height restriction of 3.9m.

Is the site safe / secure?

The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV 24/7 for security peace of mind. Access to the yard is through (6m x 2.4m) electric gates with pin code or app access control.

Can I run a car wash?

No, unfortunately this usage does not work.

Can I set up an MOT station?

No, unfortunately this usage does not work.

Do you have any indoor space on this site?

We do not have any indoor space, but can provide container and containers offices.

Is there water and/or electricity available?

Yes, water and electric are available.

Can I live on the site (eg in a caravan or motor home)?

No, this is not permitted.

Can I just rent a container?

We do not offer container storage on this site, only open storage. Should you wish to store containers for you business, you can rent a yard. However we cannot have a container storage business on our Stoke-on-Trent site.
