The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV for security peace of mind. Access to the yard is through (6m x 2.4m) electric gates with pin code or app access control. Available immediately on a 24-month renewable license or longer-term lease.

What is the smallest yard size?
For our Stoke-on-Trent site, the smallest yard size is 12,000 square feet, at £2,500 a month. We have over 100,000sq ft available which can be divided up in different sizes.

In general, all of our sites are suitable exclusively for open storage.

Examples are scaffolding companies, logistics & transportation, vehicle sales & recovery for storage of stock, plant or welfare companies, modular building companies, and trailer companies.

The site has good access, suitable for HGVs. Access to the yard is through (6m x 2.4m) electric gates with pin code or app access control. There are no height or weight restrictions on our Stoke-on-Trent site.

We do not offer container storage on this site, only open storage. Should you wish to store containers for you business, you can rent a yard. However we cannot have a container storage business on our Stoke-on-Trent site.
