Custom-built yards are available from 4,000 square feet, as well as arches from 1,400 sq ft.

All yards have a concrete or hard-standing surface, are securely fenced and are suitable for van access. Electric and water connections can be provided.

The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV for security and peace of mind. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with pin code or app access control. Available immediately on a 24-month renewable license.

What is the smallest yard size?
For our Bermondsey, the smallest yard size is 4,000 square feet, at £2,500 a month. The total site size is 71,000+ square feet. The site has arches from £700 a month, which are 1,400sq ft each.
What is the space allowed to be used for?
In general, all of our sites are suitable exclusively for open storage.

Examples are scaffolding companies, logistics & transportation, container storage business operators, vehicle sales & recovery for storage of stock, plant or welfare companies, modular building companies, and trailer companies.
What is access to the site like?
The site has good access, suitable for van access. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with pin code or app access control. One 4,000sq ft yard has access for HGVs although would not be suitable for keeping them there - loading/unloading would be possible.
Is the site safe / secure?
The yard has a palisade fenced perimeter and monitored CCTV 24/7 for security peace of mind. Access to the yard is through 6m x 2.4m electric gates with pin code or app access control.
Can I run a car wash?
No, unfortunately this usage does not work.
Can I set up an MOT station?
No, unfortunately this usage does not work.
Do you have any indoor space on this site?
The site has arches available, which are covered, but not indoor. They can fit 20x8 ft containers. They are 1,400 sq ft.
Is there water and/or electricity available?
Yes, water and electric are available.
Can I live on the site (eg in a caravan or motor home)?
No, this is not permitted.
